About Our Gatherings

Our main gatherings are our monthly firepits.

These are small groups of men (usually 3-7) who meet at a hosts location for approximately an hour to talk, dive deep, and grow together

Light food/snacks/non-alcohol beverages are provided during the gathering time.

MEND – Rules of Engagement For Gatherings

At our gatherings, we ask that you…

Respect All Walks of Life: We’re diverse in background, beliefs, and life stages.

Do Not Bring Alcohol or Substances: Out of respect for sobriety, do not bring or use alcohol or drugs at gatherings, or show up influenced.

We Are Not Professionals: If you need mental health support/counseling, or crisis assistance, we will support you in getting help you need

Need Help? Ask. Hosts are here to guide and support you.

1. Be On Time and Fully Present

2. Seek Personal Growth – Look inward at how you can show up better

3. Avoid Unsolicited Advice-Giving

4. Respect Confidentiality–What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

5. Speak for Yourself – Share from your own experience, beliefs, and thoughts.

6. Listen Deeply – Ask for clarification when in doubt

7. Call Men Forward – Not Out – challenge with care, not shame.

8. Honor the Time and Space – Respect the flow of the gathering and avoid dominating

9. Assume Good Intentions – Ask for clarification when in doubt

A gathering facilitator, your host, is present to guide, moderate, and uphold group values – Repeated violations may result in a request to leave the gathering
