This is an independent initiative in collaboration with MEND Charleston

Mission

collectively gather a panel of men (from all backgrounds) who represent the highest standards of integrity, service, and leadership across Charleston for the greater purpose of connecting, equipping and inspiring other Charleston men towards strong leadership

Goal

Equip new leaders to love and lead by providing connection to strong, grounded local men’s leaders through live events, mentorship, and collaborative gatherings.

This group is in very early developmental stages and here is what we will aim for in 2025-2026:

CMLC’s Target Audience 

Men in Charleston who seek to grow in leadership, connection, mentorship, and real conversation with men who lead—whether in business, faith, fitness, family, or community.

What they get:

-Free access to monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly in-person or virtual roundtables with Charleston-based men’s leaders

-Opportunities to join in-person events, 1-on-1 chats, or service projects

-Recordings or notes from each leadership session

-Connection to a wider Charleston men's network

The Leadership Collective (Panel of Leaders)

Respected men in Charleston leading in one or more domains:

Ordinary men leading their families well

Men's community builders

Pastors (e.g. local church leaders)

Entrepreneurs, non-profit or business owners

Veterans, coaches, and civic leaders

Educators, therapists, or fitness leaders

What the leaders get:

-Free opportunities to demonstrate and share their leadership, mission, business, or values

-Introduced as featured voices to a trusted group of engaged men

-Opportunity to give back and shape the next generation of leaders

-Photography/video content from their session
